WHO WE ARE

AMACC is an entity has integral approach which include both a profit and non-profit activities which consists of a group of experienced individuals working in Mine Action in Jordan. This team represents operations officers, quality management officers, technical advisors and EOD experts.

Although our experiences are different, all AMACC team is united by a passion for what we do. We believe that Mine Action is not a static field of work but rather a dynamic domain that should adapt to the needs of each country working always in accordance with international mine action standards.

Middle east and North Africa region (MENA), as one of the most conflict prone-region, MENA as a recurring feature in the international politics, academic, and current news coverage. Long years of upgoing sensitive security situation , dated back of Arab -Israeli conflict , Gulf wars , which was classified as one of the most bloodiest conflict worldwide , recently and as a result of butterfly effect (chaos theory), MENA witnesses random creative chaos, what was called “Arab Spring”, that unfortunately led to imprudence situations drag region into struggles and warfare.

MOHAMAD ABUKHAIT

GENERAL MANAGER

MR. MOHAMMED ABUKHAIT is a GENERAL MANAGER at ARAB MINE ACTION CONSULTANCY CREW (AMACC) and he also AMACC branch manager in Iraq since 2013. he studied bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 1991 and in military science in 2006 from mu'tah university. He worked in Jordanian demining program during his service in REC for more than 10 years, and at Royal engineering Corps as Operation Officer, and also he worked as a Commander at Explosive Ordnances Disposal (EOD) unit, Deming Project Leader in demining OPS in Jordan, and Engineering Platoon Leader and company commander at Royal Engineering Corps of Jordan armed forces . He has certificates in IEDD/EOD level3+, EOD level_3 (IEDD), General demolition and explosive safety, and project management professionalism (PMP), Managing and coordinating and conducting demining (mines recovery and clearance) operations, Managing and handling with explosive remnants of war, Quality and result based management RBM, and Occupational safety and health standers for construction industry OSHA. He held several position in demining programs as project manager , operation manager for many of demining project Especially in demining QM projects . He Participated in many courses and seminars in the field of mine action

YASSER OKOUR

OPERATION MANAGER / JORDAN

Mr. YASSER OKOUR is a DEPUTY of GENERAL MANAGER at ARAB MINE ACTION CONSULTANCY CREW. he studied bachelor’s degree in physics and diploma in military science from mu'tah university. he held several positions at NPA MAP JORDAN for several years like project manager land release, project manager for survey and verification, clearance coordinator, quality assurance officer, verification coordinator. also, he worked as operation manager at NPA in Iraq, and technical advisor in NPA MAURITANIA, and deputy sector leader at UN MISSION IN SIERRA LEONE UNAMSIL. he has certificates in IEDD/EOD level3+, EOD level_3 (IEDD), mechanical demining operations, and project management professionalism.

BARAKAT MUBARAK

TECHNICAL ADVISOR / JORDAN

Mr. Barakat Mubarak is a Technical Advisor at Arab Mine Action Consultancy crew (AMACC). he studied bachelor’s degree in English Language and Military Sciences. He worked at Chemical Supply Group as Operation Staff Officer, Military Tactics Instructor at Royal Engineer Corp, Deputy Commander Engineer Battalion at Eastern Military region, Jordan, Translator & Liaison Officer for the British Royal Engineers 3ed (United Kingdom) Division 52 Armored Engineer squadron ,Condor’s Charge Exercise, Jordan, IED (improvised explosives devices) company commander EOD/IED Unit, Jordan. He has certificates in ARCP Regional Ammunition Practitioner, IEDD/EOD level3+, EOD Level3, PMP, Advanced Security in the field, Advanced Bomb Technicians.

DUA’A ALZAGAIBEH

CHIEF OF HR / JORDAN

Mrs. Dua’a Sameeh Alzagaibeh is a chief of HR at Arab Mine Action Consultancy crew (AMACC). She studied bachelor’s degree in management information system and MBA from Yarmouk University. She worked as a teaching assistant at Yarmouk University. Also, she worked as a systems and services certification coordinator at SGS. Her research interests focus on green manufacturing strategies, taxonomies, typologies. She has certificates in Risk Education, Project management professionalism, Lead Quality Management System ISO 9001, Lead Occupational Health and Safety management System ISO 45001, Resource Mobilization.

BILAL ALANANBEH

TECHNICAL ADVISOR / JORDAN

Mr. Bilal Ananbeh is a Technical Advisor at Arab Mine Action Consultancy crew (AMACC). He studied bachelor’s degree in public management from MU’TAH UNIVERSITY, and master’s in business administration from Yarmouk University. He worked as Technical adviser at AMACC- Iraq branch, engineering officer at LoCol military engineering. He has certificates in Operation Efficiency practitioner, IEDD/EOD level3+, Osha, EOD level3, PMP, Result Based Management course, GIS, Advanced engineering, Military observer, Explosive giant viper, operation efficiency, IED inspection and Team Building.

MOHAMMAD ALGHODRAN

TECHNICAL ADVISOR/ JORDAN

MR. Mohammad ALGHODRAN is an Technical Advisor at Arab Mine Action consultancy Crew (AMACC) since 2020. he studied bachelor’s degree in Physics in 1996 and in military science in 2014 from Mu'tah university. He also has a master’s degree in military and Defense Studies in 2015 from Australian National University (ANU). He worked in Jordanian demining program during his service in REC for more than 5 years, and at Royal Engineering Corps (REC) as combat engineering officer start from Engineering platoon leader up to Engineering battalion commander. EDD/EOD unit Deputy Commander, and also he worked as an IEDD company commander at IEDD / EOD unit, then he worked as an Operations Officer at the unit and he served also as Deputy commander of the IEDD / EOD unit, ALGHODRAN also served in the REC directorate as an operation staff officer, and eventually a chief of the operations and training branch. He has certificates in IEDD/EOD relevant courses (basic, Advanced, Post Blast Investigations,…etc.), Operational Efficiency and Land Release, C-IED "Train The Trainer", Bomb Technicians Training Course, Mine-Countermine and EOD and in addition to many courses and seminars in the field of mine action.

MR. Raed Rabi is a Project Manager at ARAB MINE ACTION CONSULTANCY CREW (AMACC) in Iraq since 2015. he studied bachelor’s degree in History in 1999 and in military science in 2014 from mu'tah university. He worked in Jordanian demining program during his service in REC for more than 5 years, and at Royal engineering Corps as IEDD/EOD unit Deputy Commander, and also he worked as a Operations Manager at Explosive Ordnances Disposal (EOD) unit, He served in the demining project in Jordan, and Engineering Platoon Leader and company commander at Royal Engineering Corps of Jordan armed forces . He has certificates in IEDD/EOD level3+, EOD level_3 (IEDD), General demolition and explosive safety, Geographic Information Systems , Efficiency and effectiveness in mine action , Managing and coordinating and conducting demining (mines recovery and clearance) operations, Managing and handling with explosive remnants of war, , and Occupational safety and health standers for construction industry OSHA. He held several position in demining programs as project manager , operation manager for many of demining project Especially in demining QM projects .
