اليوم العالمي للتوعية من مخاطر الألغام والمخلفات الحربية نيسان 2020
في الرابع من نيسان من كل عام يحتفي الفريق العربي الإستشاري لأعمال الألغام (AMACC) كغيره من المنظمات والهيئات الدولية بـ (اليوم العالمي للتوعية من مخاطر الألغام والمخلفات الحربية)، ذلك أن الغاية الأساسية من إحياء هذا اليوم هو التذكير على أهمية الوعي من خطر الألغام وما تخلفه من آثار نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية على المجتمعات المتضررة، والعمل على بناء القدرات وتطويرها في مجال الأعمال المتعلقة بشؤون الالغام في المناطق التي تشكل فيها الالغام والمخلفات الحربية تهديدا خطيرا على ارواح المواطنين وسلامتهم وتشكل عائقا جديا امام جهود عودة السكان المحليين وعمليات اعادة الاعمار والبناء والتنمية الاجتماعية والزراعية.
لقد قام الفريق العربي الإستشاري لأعمال الالغام وبالتعاون مع العديد من الشركاء بتنفيذ العديد من المشاريع والبرامج التوعوية في كل من العراق والاردن مستهدفاً العديد من المناطق والفئات المتأثرة، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين من برامج التوعية في الأردن للاجئين السوريين والمدعوم من قبل الوزارة الخارجية السلوفانية والبرنامج الإنمائي التعاوني عن طريق صندوق الـ ( ITF ) على مدار (4) أعوام ما يقارب ( 46922 ) مستفيد من مختلف الأعمار ، أما في العراق فقد فقد بلغ عدد المستفيدين خلال الفترة من عام 2016 الى عام 2020 ( 36878 ) مستفيد من مختلف الأعمار.
إن جميع البرامج التي تم تنفيذها تحمل بين طياتها أهدافاً سامية تتمثل في العمل على زيادة الوعي للفئات المتضررة من مخاطر الالغام والعمل مع المنظمات والشركات ذات الصله على محاولة تطهير واطلاق اكبر عدد ممكن من الاراضي الملوثه حتى تكون مناطق صالحة للعمل والإستقرار فيها، تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة.
ونظراً للظروف الصحيه الراهنة التي يمر بها العالم اجمع بسبب تفشي (جائحه كورونا ) وأثر ذلك على سلامة وصحة الافراد والجماعات؛ وحرصاً منّا على سلامة الجميع، فإن (AMACC) كغيرها من المنظمات لن تتمكن هذا العام من الاحتفال والمشاركة مع ابنائهم من المجتمع المحلي في الأردن والعراق من إحياء هذه المناسبة ، آملين ان يسود الأمن والسلام للجميع.
International_Day_for_Mine_Awareness_and_Assistance_in_Mine_Action 2020
In 4th of April of each year AMACC, as other international organizations, observes the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action. The main purpose of reviving this day is to remind the world about the importance of raising of raising the mines risks awareness and its psychological, social and economic consequences that could be imposed on the affected societies. Furthermore, to help these societies in building and developing their capacities in mine action filed in the areas where mine and remnants of war poses a serious threat on individual’s lives and their safety. Mine also could constitute a serious impediment to the efforts of the return of the local population, rebuild, construction, social and agricultural development.
Arab Mine Action Consultancy crew (AMACC), in cooperation with many partners, implemented several “mines and remnants of war” risk awareness-raising projects in Iraq and Jordan by targeting the affected people. The number of beneficiaries of Risk education (RE) programs in Jordan for Syrian refugees during (4) years which has been funded by “the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and its development cooperation program through ITF enhancing human security”, were reach (46922) Beneficiaries from different ages. In Iraq, the number of beneficiaries during the period 2016- 2020 has reached (36878) beneficiaries of all ages (SOS project).
All of the programs that have been implemented carry high value goals that are aimed at raising awareness of the groups affected by landmines. AMACC work with all relevant organizations and companies in order to increase the awareness of affected group as well as the release of largest areas of polluted land, so these areas will be suitable for work and enhance the stability in order to achieve the desired sustainable development.
This year, considering the current health conditions that the whole world is living due to outbreak of (corona pandemic) and its danger impact on health and safety of individuals, unfortunately, as many other organizations, AMACC will not be able to celebrate this day with local communities in Jordan and Iraq. However, we hope that peace and security will prevail for all.
