تتسابق منظمات الأعمال وتتنافس في ما بينها في جميع المجالات سعياً منها لتحقيق أهدافها ورؤيتها من أجل استقطاب أكبر عدد من العملاء والزبائن ، وتوسيع حصتها في السوق من خلال التدابير والوسائل والخطط المدروسة ، والإجراءات الوقائية التي تتخذها لتلافي الأخطاء المحتملة والتي تنعكس سلباً على أدائها في تنفيذ أعمالها.
وللوصول إلى الغايات والأهداف التي أنشأت من أجلها هذه المنظمات ، فإنها تتبنى سياسات تدريبية متكاملة وبرامج هادفة سعياً منها لتطوير منظومتها العملياتية والإدارية مع ما يرافقها من وسائل وإجراءات تهدف إلى بناء قدرات موظفيها ، والعمل على تهيئة كوادر بشرية قادرة على التعامل مع المستجدات العلمية الحديثة وآليات تنفيذ الأعمال بكل كفاءةٍ واقتدار.
وتماشياً مع متطلبات هذه المرحلة وأهدافها ، يستمر الفريق العربي الإستشاري لأعمال الألغام ( AMACC ) بتطبيق استراتيجية مرتكزة على تبنى الأفكار الحديثة والتي ترفع من سويّة العمل وتحقق المزيد من التقدم والنجاح في مسيرتها الإنسانية ، ومن هذه المتطلبات التي يسعى الى تبنيها وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع هي المواصفات القياسية ( ISO ) مع ما يطرأ عليها من تحديثات وتعديلات .
واستكمالاً للدورة التي قدمتها الدائرة الإدارية ممثلة بالسيدة دعاء الزقايبة ” السلامة والصحة المهنية ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety” والي عقدت بتاريخ 14 / 11 / 2019 ولمدة يوم واحد ، فقد عُقد في مقر الشركة ( AMACC ) صباح يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 26 / 11 / 2019 دورة تدريبية بعنوان ” إدارة المخاطر : المواصفة القياسية 2018 : 31000 ” حيث استمرت الدورة لغاية مساء يوم الخميس الموافق 28 / 11 / 2019 .
وعلى مدار ثلاثةِ أيامٍ متتالية قدّم المدرّب ( المهندس عبد الحميد البزور ) من شركة ( أسوار القلعة للتدريب والإستشارات) باعطاء الدورة بشكل واضح ومفهوم للجميع ، حيث ركّز على المعايير التي ينصح بتبنيها في الشركات والمؤسسات ومنظمات الأعمال والتي تؤدي إلى تحقيق شروط ومعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية ، وقد اختتمت الدورة بتنفيذ تمرين عملي لترسيخ المعلومة وتحقيق الغاية من الدورة.
وقد كان للمعلومات الغنية التي قدمها ( المدرّب ) أثر واضح في تفاعل المشاركين في الدروة والتي اشتملت على كافة العاملين في الشركة في فرع الاردن وفي مقدمتهم المدير العام السيد محمد أبو خيط ومدير العمليات السيد ياسر العكور.
Business organizations always race and compete with each other to pursuit its objectives and vision in order to attract as many as possible a large number of customers and clients , in addition to expand its part through measures, means ,studied plans and prevention procedures which is taken to avoid possible mistakes that could reflect negatively on their performances to carry out its work.
And to reach the objectives and needs for which these organizations were established ,they adapt integrated training policies and useful programs as an effort to improve its operational and administrative system accompanied with procedures and means that aim to capacity building and prevent human recourses capable to deal with the latest scientific developments and implementation works efficiently .
In keeping with the requirements of the phase and its objectives, Arab mine action consultancy crew (AMACC) continues to apply a strategy based on the adoption of new ideas which raise the level of work and achieve further success in its humanitarian mission. And one of these requirements organizations seek to adopt and apply ISO standards with its updates and changes
As a continuation of the course presented by Ms. Doaa Al-Zaqayba “ on behalf of the administrative department “Occupational Health and Safety” which was held on 14/11/2019 for one day, AMACC held another training course entitled “Risk management “standard2018 :3100 on Tuesday morning 26 th until evening of Thursday 28/11/2019.
And within three consecutive days , Mr Abdul hamid Al bzour ,from (Castle Con. for training and consultation ) delivered the course in clearly and understandable way ,where he focused on the standards that recommended to be adopted in companies and organizations to achieve the conditions and standards of occupational health and safety. The sessions concluded with the implementation of a practical exercise to consolidate the information and achieve the purpose of the course.
Since the rich information provided by the trainer had a clear impact on the interaction of the course participants, which included all the employees at AMACC Jordan branch , and primary Mr. Mohammed Abu Khait and the Operations Manager Mr. Yasser okour.
