يتم الإحتفال باليوم العالمي للأشخاص ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة في جميع أنحاء العالم في الثالث من شهر كانون الأول من كل عام ، حيث يأتي هذا اليوم لتحديد العوائق البيئية والإجتماعية لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة، والعمل على التغلب عليها ، ذلك أنه من الصعوبة التخلص من القصور أو الخلل لدى الشخص، ولكن بالتغلب على العوائق يتم تقليل أثر الإعاقة، وزيادة مشاركته المجتمعية.
لذلك يأتي هذا اليوم من أجل تعزيز حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ورفاههم في جميع المجالات ، والتركيز على أهمية دمجهم في الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
يشارك الفريق العربي الإستشاري لأعمال الألغام ( AMACC ) بهذا اليوم من خلال المحاضرات التي يقدمها في المدارس من خلال فريقه التوعوي ( المدعوم من الوزارة الخارجية السلوفانية والبرنامج الإنمائي التعاوني عن طريق صندوق الـ ITF ) والتي تركز على التوعية من مخاطر الألغام والمخلفات الحربية وبيان الآثار النفسية والإجتماعية والتنموية على الفئات المستهدفة والتي تساهم بشكل كبير من الحد من الإصابات والتقليل من الإعاقات الناتجة عن عدم الوعي بمثل هذه المخاطر.
On 3rd December of each year world celebrate “ The international day for persons with special needs”. This day comes to identify social and environmental barriers for those people and work to overcome any barrier .
Since it’s difficult to get ride of the person’s deficiency but we can reduce the impact of disability and increase their participation in the community.
Therefore ,this day comes to promote those people rights , welfare them ,in addition to emphasize the importance of their integration into civil, political,economic,social and cultural rights .
Arab mine action consultancy crew (AMACC) participated in this day by delivering RE sessions in schools through RE teams who has been financed by the Ministry of foreign affairs of the republic of Slovenia and its development cooperation program through ITF (Enhancing human security ) . RE sessions emphasize on the awareness of mine and remnants of war and explain its psychological , social developmental impacts on the targeted groups. And which contribute significantly in reducing injuries and disabilities resulting from lake of awareness of such Risks.
