Mr. Mohammad Abukhait, General Manager of AMACC and Iraq Branch Manager since 2013.

Mr. Mohammad Abukhait brings over decades of expertise in demining and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry (1991), a bachelor’s degree in military science (2006) from Mu’tah University, and a Doctorate (PhD) in Business Administration (General Management) (2024) from American International Theism University.

Mr. Abukhait retired from Jordan Armed Forces/ Royal Engineering Corps after 25 years of service as Col.  Throughout his service, he held many leadership and administrative positions and key role.  He rose through the leadership positions from engineering platoon commander, to engineering company commander, then Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit commander, to operations staff officer of the Royal Engineering Corps Directorate, and Jordan Demining Project manager.

Certified in advanced EOD operations, project management, occupational safety, and results-based management, he has led numerous demining initiatives with a focus on quality assurance and operational excellence. Mr. Abukhait is widely recognized for his contributions to mine action programs and his active participation in international courses and seminars in the field.
