Ms. Yareen Mohammed is the Health, Safety, and Environment Supervisor at the Arab Mine Action Consultancy Crew (AMACC). She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Counseling in 2022 and started her career in 2022.
Ms. Yareen is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors, by implementing health and safety policies and procedures in line with international and local standards. She also works to reduce risks and accidents through continuous assessment and prevention measures, while promoting a culture of health and safety through awareness and training programs.
Her duties also include monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and providing effective responses to emergencies.
In addition to her practical experience, Ms. Yareen has completed a number of specialized training courses, most notably: • Occupational Health and Safety Course. • OSHA Course. • Risk Management Course. • Emergency Response Course. • First Aid Course. • Development and Management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Course.
