Mr. Omar Sinan Ibrahim is an Operations Manager at Arab Mine Action Consultancy Crew (AMACC). He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Baghdad University.

He has extensive experience in operations management, risk assessment, program planning, and quality assurance. Omar joined AMACC in 2013 and has since been responsible for planning and overseeing technical operations in Iraq, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and managing the safety of personnel and resources. Prior to this, he worked as an Operations Coordinator at Zugruf Al Ar’d LTD. Co., where he managed UXO programs and led QA/QC tasks for Exxon Mobil operations.

Omar has completed several certifications, including Six Sigma Yellow Belt, EOD Level III+ (IEDD), Quality Management in Mine Action, and IMSMA Training. His expertise in GIS, data mapping, and safety management systems makes him an invaluable asset to his organization.
