Brief about Key Projects:

• Achievement 1: Completion of the North Kuwait Excavation Transportation and Remediation (NKETR) Project, Zone-1, covering over 4.35 million square meters of Battle Area Clearance (BAC) with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) through the Khaled Al-Kharafi and Lamour (KLAMOR) consortium.

• Achievement 2: Completion of the South Kuwait Excavation Transportation and Remediation (SKETR) Project, Zone-1, covering over 3 million square meters of BAC with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) through the Khaled Al-Kharafi and Lamour (KLAMOR) consortium.

• Achievement 3: Successful clearance and remediation of 143,041 cubic meters of Oil-Contaminated Plots (OCP), ensuring safe handling and disposal in line with Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP) standards.

• Achievement 4: Safe disposal of unexploded ordnance (UXO) through KMOD.

• Achievement 5: Certification of UXO-cleared areas through Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) system aligned with international mine action standards (IMAS).

• Achievement 6: Conducted extensive training programs for searchers and EOD personnel, including refresher courses, first aid training, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance programs.

• Achievement 7: Developed a comprehensive database of productivity metrics to improve project tracking and reporting.

Current Activities:

• Current Activity 1: Providing UXO Battle Area Clearance (BAC) across North and South Kuwait in oil-contaminated and non-contaminated areas.

• Current Activity 2: Offering anomaly avoidance and UXO escort services to support construction and remediation activities in contaminated zones.

• Current Activity 3: Conducting internal QC/QA inspections and post-clearance certifications to ensure compliance with national and international standards.

• Current Activity 4: Delivering safety awareness training to project personnel to minimize risks associated with UXO contamination.

• Current Activity 5: Supporting civil engineering projects by providing UXO construction support for access roads, treatment areas, and landfill sites.

• Current Activity 6: Implementing CASEVAC (Casualty Evacuation) drills to maintain emergency preparedness and response.

• Current Activity 7: Enhancing capacity through continuous on-the-job training for UXO searchers and EOD personnel.

• Current Activity 8: Developing lessons learned and best practices documentation to improve future projects and ensure sustainable operations.
