Arab Mine Action Consultancy Crew AMACC in collaboration with the International Football Association “Spirit of Soccer”, hosted a football match between a team of landmine victims from Sulaymaniyah and a team of landmine victims from Basra, at the specialized halls in Basra Governorate. This event was under the supervision of the Mine Action Directorate.
This event aims to educate participants and the attending audience about the dangers of landmines and remnants of war, and to provide moral support for the victims and facilitate their reintegration into society.
