The annual workshop for the year 2024
Arab Mine Action Consultancy Crew -AMACC held its annual workshop for the year 2024 during the period of February 10th to February 15th, 2024, with the attendance of employees and representatives from all branches of the company (Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Libya), at the company’s main office in Irbid – Dwar Al-Naseem.
The annual workshop included the holding of the first regular annual meeting of the General Assembly and numerous activities and presentations for all branches, including the speech of the General Manager titled “Company History, Achievements, and Vision for the Coming Years.” He emphasized the company’s history from 2009 to 2024, highlighting its major milestones and achievements in terms of local, international, and global accreditations, as well as the branches established by the company in sister countries. Additionally, he discussed the company’s implementation of over 45 projects in the field of operations and training since its establishment, and the establishment of relationships and partnerships with more than 26 local and international entities in over 8 countries. The General Manager also addressed the company’s goals and vision for the upcoming years.
The annual workshop also included presentations for all departments and branches of the company (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Information Management, Supply Chain, Public Safety, and Occupational Health) showcasing their key achievements, challenges, and visions for the new year.
The annual workshop also featured a training course titled “Key Performance Indicators, KPIs” which commenced on February 13th, 2024. The idea behind this course was to enhance and enrich employees’ knowledge as a first step towards improving high levels of performance for both employees and the company as a whole, aiming to meet the requirements of clients and stakeholders.
At the end of the annual workshop , the General Manager honored all employees of the company by presenting them with certificates of appreciation for their efforts throughout the past year. This was done under the sponsorship of several prominent figures, such as Mr. Moussa Al-Saadi, Dr. Zuhair Al-Tahat, and Brigadier General Mohammed Pasha Bani Yaseen.
